Terms of use

Last updated 10 October 2026

These terms cover your use of Uveraa and the supplement packages we prepare. By completing the assessment or placing an order, you agree to them.

What Uveraa is, and is not

Uveraa provides nutritional supplements chosen from your questionnaire answers and blood markers, reviewed by a clinical team. It is not a diagnosis, not emergency care, and not a replacement for your own doctor. Nothing we send is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you have a medical emergency, contact a hospital.

What we need from you

  • Answer honestly, especially about medicines, conditions and pregnancy. Doses are set from those answers and safety depends on them.
  • Upload only your own blood report.
  • Tell us if your medicines or conditions change while you are on a plan.
  • You must be 18 or older to order.

Using our site and materials

The content on Uveraa is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial viewing only. It is a licence to view, not a transfer of ownership. You may not:

  • Copy or modify the materials, or use them for any commercial purpose or public display.
  • Decompile or reverse engineer any software on the platform.
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notice.
  • Pass the materials to someone else or mirror them on another server.

Your report and your data

Your report and markers belong to you and you may share them with any doctor. How we handle your data is set out in our privacy policy.

Orders, prices and shipping

Prices are shown before you pay and include what is listed on the plan page. Payment reserves your package; dispatch follows 5 to 7 working days after clinical sign-off. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

Clinical review

A doctor reviews every formulation against your medicines and history before anything is filled. They may reduce a dose, remove a supplement, or decide you do not need supplementation at all. That decision is final, and is what the refund policy covers.

Limits

The platform and its materials are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Supplements support nutrition; they are not guaranteed to produce a particular outcome, and results differ between people. Our medical limits are set out in the medical disclaimer.

Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of data, profit or business, even if told they were possible.
  • To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim arising from these terms is capped at what you paid us for services in the previous 12 months.
  • We are not responsible for adverse reactions to supplements. If you have one, stop and see a healthcare provider.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

Changes

We may update these terms and will email you about significant changes. The date above shows when they last changed, and continuing to use Uveraa after a change means the new terms apply.
