Privacy policy

Uveraa builds a personalized supplement package from what you tell us and what your blood work shows. Both are health data, so this page sets out plainly what we hold, why we hold it, and who can read it.

What we collect

• Your name, age, gender, city, phone number and email, so we know whose plan this is.
• Your questionnaire answers: goals, symptoms, sleep, diet, activity, medicines and conditions.
• Your blood work, either collected by our lab partner or uploaded by you as a report.
• Your orders, deliveries and payment status. Card and UPI details are handled by our payment gateway and never reach our servers.
• Basic usage data such as pages visited, used to understand where people get stuck.

Why we hold it

To read your markers, decide which supplements and doses fit you, have a doctor and nutritionist review that decision, ship your kit, and refine it each month. We also use it to answer you on WhatsApp and email about your own plan.

Who can see it

• The clinical team reviewing your plan: a doctor and our clinical staff.
• Our operations team, to pack and ship your kit.
• Our lab partner (Thyrocare), for the collection and processing of your sample.
• Our courier partner (Rapidshyp), for delivery. They receive your address and contact details only.
• Service providers who run our payments, messaging, email and file storage on our behalf.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising. Your report and markers are yours: you can ask for a copy and take them to your own doctor.

How it is kept

Reports, health data and payment details are encrypted in storage and in transit. Access is limited to staff who need it, and that access is logged and monitored. We keep your data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, tax and medical record-keeping requirements.

Our payment, lab and shipping partners have their own privacy policies, and we require them to meet data protection standards. If a security breach affects you, we will tell you within 72 hours, as the law requires.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your progress and understand how the site is used. You can turn cookies off in your browser settings, though parts of the site may stop working.

Your choices

• Ask for a copy of what we hold about you, or for a correction.
• Ask us to delete your account and data, where we are not required to keep it.
• Stop marketing messages at any time while still receiving messages about your order.
